From Cork: Take the M8 motorway, come off at  Exit 17, Watergrasshill, and continue, on the R639, towards Rathcormac. You can also go through the toll and take Exit 16 Rathcormac, joining the R639, as above.

Either way, continue on R639 until you come to the crossroads at Bridgeland East, approx. half mile on the Cork side of Rathcormac. The route is likely to be signposted from here. Turn right here, onto the R626. Shortly after turning right, take the first left, onto the R628, continue several miles.  Continue straight through Conna village, and on for approx. 1.5 miles.

No Dogs Allowed - Prohibition Notice
Please do NOT bring dogs to the venue.  Only Guide dogs, and other registered assistance dogs, are permitted at Cork Athletics venues, on health and safety grounds.  In addition, the presence of a dog is likely to impair the functioning of a trained assistance dog.  A person bringing a non-assistance dog is likely to be asked to keep their dog in their car, or, in extreme cases, to leave the venue.

Photography & Videos

Every person taking photos or videos at these Cross-Country Championships MUST register, on the day, with Cork Athletics Child Protection Officer, or other official. Those taking photos and/or videos may be required to wear identifying Hi-Viz vests.  Persons taking photos and videos for publication are required to provide Photo ID and proof of address.  All images taken must comply with the codes/policies below.
