Strength & Conditioning Workshop
After
the very successful initial workshop last month in CIT, the second part
of that workshop will be held, from 7 to 9pm, on Wed March 25th, and
will be geared towards the Middle Distance and Endurance Athletes.
- In the first workshop, we looked at resistance training for Juvenile Athletes
- This time we'll be looking at Resistance / Strength &
Conditioning, for Junior Athletes, and ages up 20/21 years, and above -
it is open to all senior (i.e.
older) athletes..
- It’ll be classroom based for the an hour or so, then we’ll put
some of the exercises into practise - don’t worry the exercises
will be demonstrated

7pm - 8:30pm - No Booking required - just call in.
Venue:
CIT meeting rooms- Upstairs in the red brick building by the finish line of the track,
located next to the track stand.

Who Can Attend?
The workshop is open to all athletes. While the primary emphasis is on
Junior Athletes, ages 18 to 21 years, it is open to all senior (i.e.
older) athletes.
It will be a very relaxed and interactive type of workshop - Sharing the knowledge and experience within the room,

To further develop our athletes and coaches in Cork.
