Large crowds turned out for today's event at CIT. No doubt the
fine weather helped. Conditions in one section were a bit slippery
early on, but improved rapidly.
Denis Coughlan, on his final lap, heading for a 4:37 mile - the fastest
of the day (as of 11:30)
Lovely example of relaxation, with forward
lean, stride angle, knee lift and foot positions!
