The likelyhood of Rob Heffernan's London Olympic 4th place being
upgraded to 3rd, and a resultant Olympic Bronze medal look like it will
be finally determined in late February.
CAS heard the cases of five of the six, Sergey Kirdyapkin, Sergey
Bakulin, Olga Kaniskina, Valeriy Borchin, Vladimir Kanaikin, on the 2nd
& 3rd of Dec, while the sixth, Yuliya Zaripova was due to be heard
on February 26th.
CAS hasnow referred all six cases to the same
panel of CAS arbitrators
which will simultaneously issue an Arbitral Award for each case
after the final case has been heard in February 2016
