Ballincollig Hurling & Football Club are again organising their 5K Road Run, on Thursday, 7th June 2018. The race is part of the week long Belle Of Ballincollig Festival, now in its 38th year.
The race is sponsored by Ross Oil, and will start at the lower car park of the Ballincollig Hurling & Football Club's facilities, in the Powdermills.
The course heads westwards, past the Medical Centre and VEC, and out along the new road, past Ballincollig Community School and the Church Of Christ Our Light. After this it will turn left, onto the main N22 road, past Oriel House Hotel, and then left again at the traffic lights, heading back down to the club. However there is a short loop around Barrack Square, before the final run for home.
Entry Fee is €10 – registration is on the day, in Ballincollig GAA Club. There will be prizes for both Men and Women.
