Leisureworld Rebel Run 10k
The 5k and 10k will have separate start locations and start times. The 10k start line is close to the CIT/Leisureworld roundabout, on the road to/from the GAA stadium.
Both routes begin in CIT, but at slightly different locations, and continue on the same route until Rossbrook Estate, where the 10k runners will be directed straight on, along Model Farm Road, as far as Minister's cross, where the route heads left, past the graveyard. It then turns left, along Clash Road, to Curraheen village, with another left. The course continues on to the Marymount Roundabout, where it crosses over the Ballincollig Bypass, around the roundabout and on to Curraheen Road. Passing over the bridge by the Technology Park, there is a sharp left onto the pathway, heading back towards CIT, until it meets the 5k Route.
At this point, the 10k route turns right and follows the same course as the 5k, with a left turn, before passing the tennis courts. The runners will again pass the Pitch and Putt Club before exiting onto the road by Elton lawn, followed by a left turn onto Rossa Avenue. The route enters the CIT campus through the first gate on Rossa Avenue, then swings sharply left, around the southern side of the campus, running parallel to the before swinging left into the Track by the 200m line, and finishes at the normal finish line on the track

The route follows the pathway, until directed to take a left towards the Tennis Club, then returning back onto the pathway, passing the Pitch and Putt Club, and on for another 0.5k, before turning left at approx. 3k, and left again, passing the tennis courts. The runners will again pass the Pitch and Putt Club before exiting onto the road by Elton lawn, followed by a left turn onto Rossa Avenue.
