"On the 6th of October 20181 fell from a ladder at home and was paralyzed from the waist down. This accident has been a life altering event for both me and my family. Prior to the accident I was an active member of Coachford Cycle Club as well as a keen runner who had completed several marathons. My aim going forward is to be active in both a domestic and sporting setting."

Registration from 5:30pm at Coachford GAA grounds RACE STARTS at 8.00pm sharp.
€12 per adult /Juniors ONLINE - €15 on the Night €8 for Juvenile.
4 Mile family fun walk also on the night. €10 per adult, children (under 12) free to walk
All OnLine entries will be entered to a draw for an overnight stay in the Rochestown Park Hotel, with a family voucher for Coachford Ballyhass Aquapark also in the draw.
