Juvenile Squad Day - Sat November 23rd, 11am

A Juvenile Training Day is being held in Tramore Valley Park, on Saturday next, November 23rd, starting at 11:30am - Please arrive in time!

a) Juveniles selected on Cork Teams for the AAI National Juvenile UnEven Age Championships - see links above for lists

b) Club teams, whether including selected athletes, or not

Other teams and individuals who would like to come along and take part are welcome too

Venue is Tramore Valley Park, off South Link Road - T12 AE86



 

Travel Directions

From North

Travel out from City via South Link, and turn left into Tramore Valley Park (A)

From East

Travel west from Jack Lynch Tunnel. Approaching Kinsale Road Flyover, take slip road for Roundabout. Travel around the roundabout, under the flyover and take the FIRST (B), immediate, slip road, onto Kinsale Road. Travel for approx. 1km and turn right for Park and Ride. Then travel directly across South Link, into Tramore Valley Park

From South
 

Travel around the roundabout, under the flyover and take the FIRST (B), immediate, slip road, onto Kinsale Road. Travel for approx. 1km and turn right for Park and Ride. Then travel directly across South Link, into Tramore Valley Park

South Link 

If, coming from South, East or West, you travel, in error, towards the City on the South Link, you will NOT be able to turn right, into Tramore Valley Park. Instead continue on towards the City and take the first slip road towards South Douglas Road (C), turn right, over the bridge and then immediate right, onto the slip road to the South Link (Southbound), and continue as per 'From North' directions, as above

Cork Athletics County Board is a constituent member of Athletics Ireland. Cork Athletics is the governing body, administering athletics, track and field (T&F), cross-country (XC) and running in county Cork. The Board comprises elected representatives of constituent athletic clubs and running clubs. Cork County Board AAI organises Championship races and competition, including road, track & field (T&F) and Cross-country (XC), at junior, juvenile, senior and masters levels, and selects representation for the county. In addition, training and education is provided for coaches and officials. The Board also regulates the Athletics Ireland race/event permit (licence) process for county Cork.
