Athletics Ireland Approved Transfers August 2018

The Summer Transfer Window closed on Thursday August 24th.  Transfer forms may be submitted at any time, but will not be dealt with until the next Transfer Window closes, on March 24th 2018.


Sixty (60) athlete transfers were approved at the August meeting of Cork Athletics County Board, on Wednesday September 5th. Fifty one transfers were between Cork clubs, while nine more were either "into" or 'out of county' transfers.  There may be other Inter-County transfers in the process of being approved by other Counties, but that have not yet been presented to Cork Athletics

There were nine inter-county transfers, with seven coming into Cork, and two going out. Details of the incoming transfer remain unlisted as official approval is awaited from the outgoing county.
