Tribute from Pat Walsh, Chairman, Cork Athletics County Board
Tim's passing was a big shock for all of us. He contributed immensely at all levels of the sport. His first love in Track & Field was the field events, where he coached and judged not only at Club and County but also at Munster and National level
For the past twelve years, Tim had been officiating at National level, as a member of the Athletics Ireland Competition Committee. Prior to that he was a member of the Athletics Ireland Technical Committee, with a combined term of approximately twenty five years at National level with BLE and AAI. He was a High Jump judge for countless years
We will all miss him so much
